Question: Is migration to Europe possible after DACA and history of unlawful presence in the US for 8yrs?
Hello, I'm currently on DACA and have previous history of 8yrs of unlawful presence.
I was wondering, if I give up my immigration rights in the United States and go back to my country, and then attempt to migrate to another country(perhaps Europe) would they give me an immigrant visa?
If anyone has previous record of unlawful presence in usa, does that person have no chance of migrating anywhere besides her/his own country? Is she/he banned immigrant visas from the rest of the world now?
