Question: So there is a religious exception for Muslims in the K1 Visa rules ? Really?
Why on earth would we grant exceptions to Visa rules for ANYONE let alone Muslims? Ok a bit more information. K1 Visas are basically "Fiancée" Visa allowing someone to travel here to the US for marriage usually with in 90 days (no problem). NORMALLY the rules require that the potential fiancée will have at least been met once or more outside this country (common sense). Now there is a religious exemption (there's the problem) that while not specifically aimed at Muslims is most often used (currently) by Muslims (there's the problem). There should be NO exception period.
