Question: My name is mis-spelled or incorrect on my Humana Medicare Part D ID card will this be a problem?
I applied over the phone and spelled out my name for them, yet once I got my card I see that they typed Bianco instead of Bianca. everything else is correct on my card, and I m wondering if this will be a problem if I go and see a doctor, pharmacy, etc. how do I change this mistake.
